By using our online flight booking platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payments:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.

Partial or incomplete transaction will refrain from generating PNR. Please keep transaction details for future reference.

3. Booking Confirmation:
Upon successful booking and payment, customers will receive a booking confirmation via sms and email. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the details and contact us immediately in case of discrepancies.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:
 Cancellation and refunds are guided by our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy.
 Customers are responsible for initiating cancellation through our platform or customer service portal

5. Changes and Modifications:
Changes to flight dates, times, or other details may be subjected to applicable fees as per airline's and company's internal policy.

6. Travel Documents:
Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess the required travel documents, such as passports and visas.

7. Baggage and Special Requests:
Baggage allowances and fees vary by airlines. Customers should review and confirm baggage details directly with airlines.

7.1 Special requests such as meals, seats preferences, and assistance should be made at the time of booking. These requests are subject to availability.

8. Flight Delays and Cancellation:
Flight delays and cancellations may occur due to various reasons, including weather, operational issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are advised to review the airline’s policies regarding compensation and assistance in such situations.

9. Liability:
We act as an intermediary between customers and airlines. We are not liable for the actions, omissions or service provided by the airlines.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services or the use of third party websites linked to our platform.

10. Privacy:
We share your data with our third-party service providers to the extent necessary for them to provide their services such as payment processors and ground-operating personnel. We use these third party’s services solely to process or store your information for the purposes described in this policy. We also share your information with our interline, code share and strategic alliance partners, other carriers who help us provide our services and our stations and with government bodies as required by law.

Our information infrastructure is cloud-based and outsourced. We transfer your information to airports and ground staff in destinations that you are flying to and where we operate. Our staff are located in our offices around the world.

Flewify will retain Customer Data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and for satisfying any legal, business, accounting or reporting requirements or as required by relevant laws.
