Refund And Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

Refunds for tickets purchased through the Website, Customer Service Centre and Airport Ticketing Offices through Credit / Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and other electronic means are only processed to the payer's account. Tickets purchased through any third party are not eligible for refund.

1. Cancellation and Refund Requests:
Customers have the option to cancel their flight bookings through our websites or customer service. Refund requests can be initiated online or by contacting our support team

2. Refund Eligibility:
Non-Refundable Tickets: Some tickets may be non-refundable. Customers are advised to review the ticket details before booking.

Refundable Tickets: Refunds are applicable for refundable tickets as per the terms and conditions of the specific ticket purchased to payer’s account only.

3. Refund Process:
Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of refund request.

Payment Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking . Flewify Aviation shall endeavour that the refund of any Ticket issued by a Trade Partner is processed within 30 working days. In the event of any delay in receipt of payment beyond 10 working days by the Trade Partner, Customer should promptly inform at Flewify Customer Help Desk of the same.

4. Cancellations by the Airlines:

In case of flight cancellation initiated by airlines, customer will be eligible for refund or alternative flight options as per airline’s policy

5. Refund Deduction:
Processing Fees: A processing will be applicable to refund requests. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Airline Charges: Some airlines may charge cancellation or change fees, which will be applicable to refund amount in additional to the processing fees.

6. No-Show and missed flights:
Customers who miss their flight or fail to show up their scheduled departure may not be eligible for a refund guided by the refund policy of airlines

7. Partial Refunds:
In case, where a portion of the trip is cancelled, refunds will be based on terms & conditions of the specific booking.
